How we handle your information.

Workflow-fit requests

When you submit the workflow-fit request form, we receive your name, work email, company, role, and a process-level description of one workflow, plus the optional systems and tools field.

We use this information only to review whether a short workflow-fit call makes sense and to follow up with you. We do not add you to marketing lists, we do not sell or share your information, and submitting does not subscribe you to anything.

Your submission is sent from this site directly to our hosted form provider and then into our own CRM (Twenty, self-hosted). Records are kept for as long as they are needed for that review and follow-up; you can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@disponi.tech.

Please do not include credentials, customer records, personal data about other people, or sensitive operational details in your submission — a process-level description is enough for a fit check.

The rest of the site

This site uses PostHog (Cloud EU, hosted in the European Union) to measure how visitors use it: which pages are viewed, how visitors reach them, and which links and forms they interact with. PostHog processes this data on our behalf under its Data Processing Agreement.

When you first visit, we ask you to choose whether we may store analytics cookies. If you allow analytics, PostHog stores a small first-party cookie on your device (it lasts up to 90 days) together with local storage, so it can recognize you on later visits. If you continue without analytics cookies, no cookie or local storage is used; PostHog instead counts your visit using an anonymous, non-reversible identifier it derives from technical request data.

Logs maintained by our hosting provider are used only for security and operations.

What we measure

• Pages viewed and how you reached the site (referrer). Query strings and fragments are removed from these addresses before they are sent.
• Technical characteristics of your device and browser, such as browser, operating system, device type, screen size, and language.
• Clicks on links, buttons, and forms, with visible text masked before transmission and form field values never captured.
• The outcome of a workflow-fit request submission (received or failed, and the kind of failure) — never the information you entered.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Analytics preferences” control in the footer of every page. Withdrawing stops persistent storage and switches your visits to the anonymous measurement described above.

Analytics events are retained by PostHog for the configured retention period of 7 years. You can ask us to delete analytics data about you at any time by emailing info@disponi.tech.
